COVID-19 Safety Precautions

Recent news is showing that Social Distancing is working! Together we are helping to flatten the curve and hopefully get back to “normal” here soon! We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we transitioned to a safer way to be here for you and your pets. We miss seeing all of your smiling faces in the building, but know we are trying to keep you safe, as well as our staff!

We are working hard to do some staff training during this difficult time so we come out of this even stronger!

Starting April 13th, we will be closing from 12-2PM, Monday through Friday for training with our staff, updating our online pharmacy, and caring for our patients. Saturdays we will continue to be open from 8am to 12pm. We are going to start reserving Saturdays for sick or emergency visits for all our pets AND essential working pet parents who cannot come during the week. Thank you for your understanding!

COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Guidelines for Clients:

Please respect our NO HUMAN CONTACT ZONE to help with social distancing. We need to remain open so we can continue to provide quality care for your pets while avoiding risk of exposure. We ask for patience as we space out appointments and only allow minimal clients in the building.

Hands Free Appointments:

Call when you arrive with your pet and we will meet you in the parking lot to find out the details of your visit.

Your pet will be escorted into the building and examined by one of our doctors.

We will go over an appropriate treatment plan and allow you to pay over the phone.

We will bring your pet and medications out to your car.

We ask that clients please pay for their services over the phone.

Our online pharmacy is up and running for your convenience, but due to COVID and high demand, there are shipping delays! However, we do still have products in the clinic available for immediate pickup (within 24 hours)! Due to the shipping delays, we are trying to keep the clinic well stocked with all of your pet’s needs. Please request refills 7-10 days before you need them!

We now have a two-way texting option if you prefer to text when you arrive. If you do not hear back within 5 minutes, please call 336-946-3441. Our phone lines have been busy with the new way we have to run business.

Doctor consultation slots are available for our established clients.

If you are over 70 or have a health issue that deems you a high risk patient, and your pet is in need of help, please call us and we will try to arrange a pick up for our established clients (up to date on physical exam & rabies vaccine with our doctors within 12 months). We will need a phone number where you can be reached.

We are constantly making adjustments for the safety of our patients, clients and our staff while insuring the best care for your pets! We are so appreciative of all our clients! Seeing your pets helps us feel more normal during these crazy times!
